  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees (e.g., for remote areas) will be disclosed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a specified value ($250 AUD)  subject to our discretion and promotional terms.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Australia.

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days within Australia.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, public holidays, or remote locations.

  • We aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe as required by ACL. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a remedy in accordance with ACL consumer guarantees.

  • Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will provide a refund or replacement as per ACL requirements.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available to accept the package, the carrier may leave a notice for collection or attempt redelivery. Additional fees may apply for repeated attempts or redirection.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer, and additional surcharges may apply, which will be disclosed at checkout.
